J.P. Lusby, COO

I was born in Pampa, Texas and moved to Oklahoma when I was 6 years old. As a serious
athlete, I competed in sports throughout my middle school and high school years. Accepting a scholarship to play quarterback at the University of Arkansas-Moticello, I eventually graduated with a degree in Business Management.

In 1995, | married Velicia (Lehman) Lusby and we started our lives in Oklahoma City. My wife and I are proud of our two sons, Peyton and Trey, both serving in the military. I became a licensed Insurance Agent in 1998 and thereafter accepted a position with The Scott Streller lnsurance Agency.

In my 21 years with Scott, my role has been everything from Sales to Operations. I believe that what makes us different is our "willingness to go the extra mile to help clients." We have always believed that what is best for the client is our model even if it may not always be best for the agency from a financial standpoint.
