Stephanie Williams, Senior Customer Service/Retention

I was born in Iowa and raised in South Texas. I studied secondary education and organizational development at Texas A&M Corpus Christi and was a charter volunteer guide at the Texas State Aquarium. My career has spanned 35 years in customer service, 25 years as a corporate trainer, and 7 years insurance experience with The Hartford AARP.

I have been happily married to my husband Scott since 1992 and have 1 son and a cat. Currently I am a volunteer usher at the Civic Center Music Hall and now work as the Senior Customer Service/Retention Specialist at the Scott Streller Insurance Agency. My goal is to quickly diagnose and solve a problem for our clients and exceed their expectations. My down time is spent with family and friends, reading, traveling, cooking and binge watching Netflix.
